If you are a current patient, we invite you to use our patient portal. You should have received an invitation to sign up from our office. If you have not gotten an invitation, please let your treating therapist know and we will send you an email as soon as possible.
You can access your scheduled appointments, receive reminder emails of upcoming visits, see your billing information and pay any balances, and send HIPAA secure messages to your therapist.
We also use the secure third party application, Signal, for text communications with current patients. This is an end-to-end encrypted service that does not save a record of conversations on Signal servers, which ensures the highest level of security available in a messaging platform. Signal is a free service, and you will opt in to using this on your intake paperwork when you set up services with us.
